When finished the yard and driveway are left perfectly clean the way it was at the start. The installation is done to perfection. Going with Str8forward was a great decision. They live up to their name. Their work was top notch and they were very efficient. Hugo was the representative who approached my door initially and I was skeptical to even talk to him due to previous experiences with other companies. I’m glad I gave him a chance because he delivered at every turn. Hugo made the claim process seem less and took his time to explain the contract line by line so I knew what I was agreeing to. I saw Hugo at least 8 times if not more throughout this process, something I didn’t think would happen after I gave him my initial business. He even came to supervise the work on the day they changed the roof. They also replaced my gutters, stained my fence, and changed my window shields. They had to remove and put back my solar panels in order to change the roof and that was also done carefully and efficiently. They made sure the panels were reconnected properly. Hugo came each time something else had to be done at the house just to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I would 100% give them my business again and recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

Str8forward replaced my roof after hail damage. Jose was very easy to work with and explained the pricing and contract clearly. They had a huge crew for the replacement and finished by 1 PM, one of the fastest I’ve seen in the neighborhood, and cleaned up well afterwards.
